HOW IT WORKS
You "buy" the product with your fund credit and, in return, receive a guaranteed monthly rand amount for the rest of your life.
A large portion of the money is invested which provide the steady guaranteed part of your income for life.
Your guaranteed income for life will rise in line with bonuses declared (usually annually); these are based on the investment returns.
EXAMPLE
If you pass away 10 years after you retire, your nominated beneficiaries will receive a lump sum of total income left.
